Monthly bills will be mailed to our customers by the 28th. Payments are normally due on the 10th. Water will be turned off at the end of the month for any unpaid accounts 30 days or older.
Please Note: If a customer has a water leak on their side of the meter, it is their responsibility to repair it. It is important to identify leaks early to save water. If the repair is not made promptly and causes excessive water loss, the district has the right to shut the water off until the leak is repaired. Once the leak is repaired, the customer should contact the district to have the water turned back on.
Common sources of water leaks include: Running toilets, dripping faucets and showerheads, dripping spigots and sprinkler systems, cracks in a water line, or busted pipes.
